I am getting an “Access denied” or “IP address blocked” message

This usually happens for one of two reasons:

You tried to log in several times using the wrong password. Now you have to wait 24 hours, and after that, we suggest you use the “Forgot my password” function to set a new password.

You tried to open too many pages on our website at the same time. That may trigger a security block. Wait 24 hours and try again.

All security blocks are based on IP addresses, so alternatively you can try to access your account from a different IP address. To do that, you can either use a different internet connection (your mobile phone, or a different WLAN?), or you can use a VPN (Virtual Private Network).
