Once you have made a withdrawal request, the funds are no longer available to be used – we will have deducted the amount from your balance.
If you change your mind and want to cancel the withdrawal, contact us via the form on our website. As long as we have not processed your payment, we can cancel your withdrawal and add the amount back to your player balance.
