How long does it take until my ticket scan is visible in my account?

For obvious reasons, our agents need some time to purchase and scan the tickets. That is why it can take some time for the scan to appear in your account (usually, the scan should be in your account within 3 hours after you order your ticket, but during high demand or on holidays, it can take longer).
