How does payment or deposit via instant bank transfer work?

One of our payment options is an instant bank transfer. This is how it works:

1. You can use it for direct ticket purchases, where you pay the amount that the ticket costs. For this, the amount to be paid must exceed €10,00.
2. You can use it to deposit money into your player account (and use your new balance to buy tickets).

In both cases, you have to enter either your bank name or your IBAN. You will then be taken to your bank’s login page, where you can execute the bank transfer. This happens on your bank’s website, not ours, so you do not have to worry about the security of your login data!

Once the bank transfer is complete, we receive confirmation from the bank that you paid, and we can process your order (or your deposit) instantly.
