How can I withdraw my winnings?
Once you are logged in to your account, you can initiate a withdrawal in the “My Account” section by selecting “Withdraw”. Then follow the instructions on the screen.
The minimum withdrawal amount is € 10,00. If your account balance is lower than € 10,00, then the withdrawal button will be inactive in your account.
You can only withdraw funds using a method that you previously used to deposit or pay for a purchase. Bank wire transfers may incur a fee. Also, for any withdrawal, we will require you to send us some documents for identification, like a scan of your ID, your credit card front, and/or a scan of a recent utility bill in your name, in order to verify your identity. The withdrawals are processed by the payment service providers that we also work with for your payment. They require us to follow a KYC (Know Your Customer) process to comply with money laundering laws.
