How to use your account balance to buy tickets

You can easily use your balance to buy new tickets. Just choose your tickets as before and when you click to pay, the amount will be taken from your balance. If your balance does not cover the amount to be paid for the tickets that you want to buy, you will have to make a deposit for the difference first, then use your new balance to pay.

Example:

  • Your balance is: 5,00 €
  • You want to buy a ticket which costs: 15,00 €
  • You make adeposit: 10,00 €
  • Your new balance is now: 15,00 €
  • Now you can buy the ticket and automatically, your account balance will be charged.
