If it reaches the capped amount of € 190 million and there is no winner in the first tier (nobody has the five main and two additional numbers correctly), all funds from the next round of ticket sales will be added to the amount that can be won in the second prize tier, and the € 190 million jackpot remains untouched and can be won in the next draw. And if the jackpot stays at €190 million during 4 more draws, then it will be split and paid out to the next prize tier that actually has a winner (or several winners).
This is a great reason to play Euromillions when it is capped – the second prize tier becomes so much more attractive, and the odds for the second prize tier are one in 6,9 million, compared to the probability of winning tier one, which is one in 139,8 million
Also, you need to know that twice a year, a super draw is announced. For that draw, the Euromillions jackpot is set at €100 million, no matter what the jackpot was for the previous draw.

The Euromillions jackpot starts at € 10 million and can go up to € 90 million. Though there are two weekly draws, on Tuesday and Friday, the Eurojackpot usually takes a little longer to build up. But when it does, the odds to win a jackpot at Euromillions are more than two times better than they are at Euromillions (see the prize tier images).
When the capped amount of € 120 million has been reached and there is no winner in the first tier (nobody has the five main and two additional numbers correctly), all funds from the next round of ticket sales will be added to the amount that can be won in the second prize tier, and the € 120 million jackpot remains untouched and can be won in the next draw. In that situation, the second tier win will be enormous, with odds that are 12 times better from the player’s point of view!
There is no super draw for Eurojackpot.
